WORCESTER, Mass. – Out Loud I, a public reading of Milton's Paradise Lost, will take place on Thursday, Oct. 22, at Holy Cross, in the lobby of the Hogan Campus Center, from 8 a.m. until 11 p.m.
Participants in the innovative program, who will read ten-minute sections of the classic, must obtain sponsors to support them for every minute. The proceeds raised from this program will finance the publication of Sigma Tau Delta's literary journal and its future issues.
Out Loud I will take place during the Literary Octoberfest, which is sponsored by the English department, with funding from the Lannan Foundation.
