Student Fashion Show During Black History Month at Holy Cross

WORCESTER, Mass. – The third annual Black & Gold Dinner and Fashion Show will take place on Friday, Feb. 2, at 7 p.m. in the Ballroom of the Hogan Campus Center.

The event, held during Black History Month, is a celebration of Black history and culture. The semi-formal event will include a "soul food" dinner and a fashion show.

The 17 models are Holy Cross students who represent all classes, shapes, sizes and diverse ethnic backgrounds. They will wear the latest urban, casual, formal, seasonal and career wear donated by stores in the local malls, including the Auburn Mall, Solomon Pond Mall and the Worcester Fashion Outlets.

Tickets cost $18 for the general public, $15 for Consortium students and $11 plus meal invalidation for Holy Cross students.

The event is sponsored by the Black Student Union at Holy Cross.
