Holy Cross to Break Ground on New Residence Hall

WORCESTER, Mass. – There will be a groundbreaking ceremony for a new residence hall to be constructed at Holy Cross on Friday, May 3, at 5 p.m. All are welcome to attend.

The new residence hall will be a five-story, 85,000 square foot building, to be constructed north of the road behind St. Joseph Chapel and Alumni Hall. When completed in the summer of 2003, the building will accommodate 244 students in 61 apartments that will consist of a living room, dining area, full kitchen, bathroom and two bedrooms. This will be the tenth residence hall on campus.
