Cantor Art Gallery Presents "Faculty Works 2003"

WORCESTER, Mass. – The Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Art Gallery at the College of the Holy Cross presents "Faculty Works 2003" from Tuesday, March 18 through Saturday, April 12, 2003. An opening reception for this exhibition and the artists will be held on Tuesday, March 8 from 5 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. at the Cantor Art Gallery.

The exhibition will feature recent works by Holy Cross faculty in the visual arts and studio arts departments. The studio faculty are all exhibiting professionals working in a variety of media. This exhibit will include sculpture by Michael Beatty, Jean Marie Paradis and Ellen Wetmore; photography by Robert ParkeHarrison and Megan Pinch; painting by Cristi Rinklin and Mark Wilson; drawing by Susan Schmidt and Leslie Schomp; printmaking by Susan Schmidt; and video documentation by Alexandra Opie.

Cantor Art Gallery mounts an exhibition of recent work by the faculty of the visual arts and studio arts departments on an ongoing basis.

Two public lectures in conjunction with the exhibition will be held at the Cantor Art Gallery from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. on Thursday, March 20 and Monday, March 24.

The hours for the Iris and B. Gerald Cantor Art Gallery are Monday-Friday, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.; Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. Located in O'Kane Hall, 1st Floor, College of the Holy Cross, 1 College Street, Worcester, Mass., 01610. Admission to the gallery is free.
