Expert on St. Patrick's Day at Holy Cross

WORCESTER, Mass. – Edward T. O'Donnell, associate professor of history at the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Mass., is an expert in the field of Irish-American history. He is available to comment on Irish-related topics for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day holiday.

The author of 1001 Things Everyone Should Know About Irish-American History (Broadway Books, 2002), O'Donnell also writes a weekly history column, "Hibernian Chronicle," for the Irish Echo, the oldest and largest Irish-American weekly in the U.S.

In addition, O'Donnell has written several op-ed pieces on Irish history that have appeared in newspapers nationwide on, or around, St. Patrick's Day.
