Get geared up for Spring! Join the entire Holy Cross community at the Wellness Fair on Wednesday, April 9, 2003 from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. in the Hogan Campus Center Ballroom, and get ready to ignite your health and wellness plan. There will be something for everyone!

Enjoy healthy snacks and learn how to cook a healthy entrée.

Watch karate, yoga, strength training, and fitness demonstrations.

Screenings for blood pressure, body fat composition, diabetes and more will be available.
The event will also feature GREAT door prizes including three gift baskets filled with "wellness goodies."
The Wellness Fair is open to ALL Holy Cross students and employees.
