WORCESTER, Mass. –
WHAT: Hogwarts at Holy Cross III: Caring for Earth's Magical Creatures
The event will feature science experiments and a live animal demonstration that will include a kangaroo, birds, snakes, lizards and more. The evening will be fashioned after the classes offered at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the Harry Potter book series.
WHEN: TONIGHT! Friday, December 5 at 6 p.m. Animal demonstration begins at 7 p.m.
WHERE: Holy Cross Ballroom Hogan Campus Center)
WHO: Holy Cross students will perform experiments for children (through 6th grade) of College faculty and staff, and the College Hill and South Worcester communities. Representatives from Earth Limited (Southwick's Zoo) will conduct the animal demonstration. This event drew a crowd of almost 200 last semester.
