'A lot of optimism' surrounds bid by Giants, Jets to host cold-weather Super Bowl

Victor Matheson, associate professor of economics at the College of the Holy Cross, comments on the economic impact of the New York Giants and Jets proposed bid to host the Super Bowl in 2011.  If the bid is accepted, it would be the first time the Super Bowl would be played outside in a cold-weather setting.
