Alumni loyalty and school spirit run deep at the College of the Holy Cross, which was recently ranked ninth on U.S. News' list of "Alumni's Top 10 Most Loved Schools."
U.S. News considered data from more than 1,275 institutions across the country in their ranking, which looked at alumni genorosity as a measure of student satisfaction. The schools that made the list received funding from the largest percentage of alumni, based on a two-year average.
Last year, 55.1 percent of alumni donated to the Holy Cross Fund.
