WHY HE CHOSE HOLY CROSS “I originally heard about Holy Cross from my Latin teacher who’s an alumnus. The prestigious classics department, the Jesuit approach to education, and a visit I made in the spring made me sure that I really wanted to attend Holy Cross!”
ACTIVITIES Spoken Latin club, Eta Sigma Phi (classics honor society), and Sign Language Club. “I’m also involved in the classics department’s research, I run every day, and I perform songs in sign language.”
WHAT HE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO “I love meeting people, so I always look forward to that. I’m also really excited to learn more sign language.”
WHY HE’S BLOGGING “I think choosing a college is difficult for a lot of kids, and it can be hard to tell how much you like a school just from a tour or info session. I think the best way to get to know a school is to find out what the students do and what they like about it, and blogging seems to be a good way to show people those things.”
