'Boundless beginnings: Senior art show at Holy Cross'

Worcester Mag recently reviewed “in•fi n•ity: Works from the 2012 Senior Concentration Seminar” on display at the Cantor Art Gallery at the College of the Holy Cross.

The review applauded the work of the eight exceptional students. “Polished, professional and poignant are words that perfectly describe the discipline and diversity currently on display at this fine institution,” praised Worcester Mag reporter Paul Grignon.

The art has been crafted through usage of a wide variety of mediums, including digital prints, painting, drawing, mixed media, installation and artist’s books.

One artist, Jennifer Bautista, commented on the inspiration for her paintings, “I grew up fascinated by the complexity of human actions and relationships, and from observation and experience I have witnessed the impact they have on the individual.”
