Against a backdrop of scenes of the College’s beloved holiday traditions, members of the Holy Cross community send greetings as the College Choir, led by guest conductor Christopher Shepard, perform “O Come, O Come, Emmanuel” during the annual Advent Festival of Lessons and Carols on Dec. 6.
Among those featured in the video are Rev. Philip L. Boroughs, S.J., president; Tracy Barlok, vice president for development and alumni relations; Thomas Doughton, senior lecturer at the Center for Interdisciplinary and Special Studies; Rev. Paul Harman, S.J., vice president for mission; Rev. James Hayes, S.J., ’72, associate chaplain, Jesuit mission; Paul Melley, assistant chaplain and director of liturgical music;, students, and, of course, Santa.
