The Holy Cross men’s hockey team (19-12-3, 15-9-3 AHA) will host a best two-out-of-three Atlantic Hockey Tournament quarterfinal series on March 15-17 at the Hart Center. The games on Friday and Saturday will be at 7 p.m., while if there is a game on Sunday it will be at 5 p.m.

The Crusaders, who are the No. 3 seed and earned a first round bye, will play No. 6 seed Mercyhurst (16-15-5, 12-11-4 AHA), which swept a best two-out-of-three first round series versus Army last week. The Crusaders split the two-game regular season series this year with the Lakers at the Mercyhurst Ice Center on Jan. 11-12. Holy Cross won the first game by a 2-1 score and lost the second, 4-2. Last season, these two teams also met in this round as the Lakers won the quarterfinal series at the Mercyhurst Ice Center in three games.
