WHAT SHE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO "Seeing the career of law in practice and getting to participate in this hands-on experience. I am also very excited about living in New York City and exploring all that it has to offer."
WHY SHE’S BLOGGING "I want to share my summer experiences with fellow Holy Cross students and faculty, as well as potential students. When I was applying to SIP and looking for an internship I read a lot of the blogs from the previous summer and found them very helpful. I also love writing and I am interested in pursuing a career in journalism, so I thought blogging would be a good way to practice my writing skills."
CAREER GOAL "After graduation I want to spend a few years working in the media, either in journalism or broadcasting. After spending some time in this field I hope to attend law school and eventually become a lawyer."
ABOUT SIP Internships through the College’s Summer Internship Program are developed through the strong network of Holy Cross alumni, parents, and friends throughout the country and are earmarked and designed specifically for Holy Cross students. This year 157 students have internships at 118 sites offered through the program.
