Thousands of fans cheered on the Holy Cross men’s ice hockey team as it faced off against Bentley University to kick off Citi Frozen Fenway 2014 on Dec. 28.

Before the game, 500 alumni, family and friends packed Bill’s Bar and Lansdowne Pub for a pregame reception. Even The Crusader braved the cold and made his way to Fenway Park to greet the fans and cheer on the team. The event was hosted by the Crusader Athletics Fund, Holy Cross Clubs of Greater Boston and New Hampshire and Office of Alumni Relations.
