Holy Cross Dining Services is cooking up something special this summer.

When students return in the fall, they will notice a dramatically altered servery in Kimball Main Dining Hall. New additions to the facility — the first renovation to the servery in more than 20 years — will include brick oven pizza, a “performance foods” station, and handcrafted deli sandwiches.

Crews are currently at work renovating the space, which will be finished in time for the fall semester.

More information about the renovation, along with photos of the finished space, will be posted to the website once the work is complete.

    Looks great and long overdue. While some of us remember waiters and family style food presentations, and that’s a bit nostalgic; today’s students expect something more, meaning more individualized to their needs and desires. Nice to see the Cross changing with the times.
