WHY SHE CHOSE ARGENTINA AND COSTA RICA “I’m excited to study abroad in two very different locations. In Buenos Aires, I hope to grow more confident in my Spanish speaking abilities and learn more about Latin American culture. I chose to spend my second semester studying in Costa Rica because of my passion for global health and interest in biological research.”

WHAT SHE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO “In Argentina, my homestay experience and visiting Iguazu Falls. In Costa Rica, living in the rainforest and assisting with healthcare clinics.”

WHY SHE’S BLOGGING “To show other premedical students and science majors that it is possible, and even advantageous, to spend a year away from Mount St. James. I cannot wait to share stories about the wonderful people I meet, places I visit, and experiences I attain while abroad in these two incredible countries.”
