"Google lures more colleges to Gmail with bigger inboxes"

In an eCampusNews story about Google's plans to more than triple its Gmail inbox size for educational customers, Harold Knapp, associate director of information technology services at the College of the Holy Cross, talked about the College's recent switch to Gmail and the benefits of having additional storage space.

"Students [were] spending a lot of time just looking through mail and trying to stay under the quota,” Knapp said. “They probably won’t have to worry about that anymore."
