Jackie Peterson, vice president for student affairs and dean of students at the College of the Holy Cross, Jordan Edwards '12, and Ashley Caceres '12 talk to NECN/Channel 3 about why they are participating in the UMass Medicine Cancer Walk.
Peterson, who is cancer survivor, tells the reporter: “It’s all about celebrating people who have survived cancer. It’s about supporting those who are going through the journey now. And it’s about changing the future.”
