WHY SHE CHOSE ENGLAND “Oxford is an incredible city with a centuries-old academic history, so when I’m not in class I’ll plan to visit the local museums and landmarks and take part in other activities. The London Olympics are next summer, so I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for the preparation!”
WHAT SHE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO “The engaging — if slightly terrifying — one-on-one sessions with Oxford tutors. It’s definitely going to challenge the way I write.”
WHY SHE’S BLOGGING “So that future Holy Cross students have an idea of what it’s like to study abroad in Oxford, from huge events to little adventures (like learning the Oxford vocabulary and avoiding a traffic disaster the first time I ride a bike).”
