Holy Cross Ranks No. 55 on Forbes’ List of America’s Top Colleges

The College of the Holy Cross ranked No. 55 overall and No. 46 among private colleges on Forbes’ list of America’s Top Colleges.

Forbes rated schools on an ROI scale with points for low debt, high graduation rates, student satisfaction and career success. The media outlet also used letter grades for fiscal soundness, and created a ranking for alumni giving.  Holy Cross received a Forbes Financial Grade of an ‘A’.

In addition, Holy Cross ranked No. 31 in the Northeast and No. 59 in Grateful Grads.

The Grateful Graduates Index ranks colleges by the median amount of private donations per student over a 10-year period. Holy Cross has an alumni participation giving rate of more than 50 percent, which consistently places the College among the top 10 colleges and universities nationwide for alumni giving.
