STUDIES SHE'S CONSIDERING History major

WHY SHE CHOSE HOLY CROSS “During the college process, I considered three factors: rigorous academics, a tight-knit community, and a place to grow spiritually. First, I knew that Holy Cross had a stellar academic program, but more than that, I knew that the history department was excellent and a place where I wanted to learn. Second, I looked for a college where both faculty and students were motivated and excited to be at the school. Third, because faith is a large part of my life, I wanted a college where I could worship and attend Masses without having to go far. All in all, I wanted to be a part of the Holy Cross community where I’m sure I could succeed.”

ACTIVITIES Communion minister, Student Programs for Urban Development, History Club

WHAT SHE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO “Taking different classes and making new friends.”

WHY SHE’S BLOGGING “I want to share my Holy Cross story with others, but especially with students of the past, present, and future. I want to reflect on my current adventure and for others to experience the ride with me.”
