Mary Iafelice ’11, named to Forbes ’30 Under 30′ list

Forbes recently named 600 young innovators to its 2018 ’30 Under 30′ list, and 2011 Holy Cross graduate Mary Iafelice made the cut. The former philosophy major, SPUD Program Director, Convocation Speaker, and Co-President of the Philosophy Club, is a co-founder of humble ventures, a venture capital firm focusing on minority, women, and military veteran entrepreneurs. 

In its first year, humble ventures helped 25 startups raise $4 million in venture capital funding, culminating in $1 million in revenue. Mary’s commitment to humble ventures and cultivating entrepreneurial spirit and bridging economic ecosystems has changed the lives of many entrepreneurs. As one of the 30 innovative ventures that appear on Forbes’ 30 Under 30 Social Entrepreneurs list, Forbes has tagged her as someone who will continue to make an impact in 2018.
