The Beverly School of Kenya was founded by a Holy Cross staff member, Abdi Lidonde. His mission was to honor his late mother and provide an escape from poverty for children. At least 50 percent of the student population is dedicated to positions for Kenyan orphan children. The supportive environment provides a comprehensive approach to learning, including both traditional subjects and a working farm. The Beverly School hopes to instill a sense of confidence and pride in its students, and to help improve the community of Kenya. For more information, please visit www.beverlyschoolofkenya.com.
