Comedian Alexandra McHale

On Saturday, November 16 comedian Alexandra McHale will perform in Crossroads Pub at 10 p.m. This event is sponsored by the Campus Activities Board (CAB).

A graduate of Fairfield University in Conn., McHale is a member of the prestigious Actor's Studio in New York City, where she has studied with acting greats Paul Newman, Sally Field and Robert Redford.

McHale has been a regular at clubs such as The Comic Strip, Catch a Rising Star and Caroline's. She's also well known in the improv circles having performed with N2O Comedy, All Legs, No Brains and The Bottlerockets.

This past summer, McHale performed at the Toyota Comedy Festival. Most recently she has been seen on the comedy show New Joke City and as host of the "Who Knew" segment on the Metro Channel's weekly show Gotham. Alexandra currently resides in New York City and has been nominated for the 2002 NACA Comedian of the Year, CAT Magazine Comedian of the Year and Female Entertainer of the Year.
