What do you want out of life? What inspires you? What do you believe in? Still figuring it out?

Spirituality 101: The Indispensable Guide to Keeping - or Finding - Your Spiritual Life on Campus, a new book written by college students for college students, offers over 40 personal reflections on religion, faith and spirituality, that may help you find the answers you've been looking for.

Comprised of thoughtful and inspiring stories by people of Christian, Jewish, Muslim, Buddhist, Hindu, and other religious traditions, the book is meant to be a guide for "those who want more from college than just a degree."

"I highly recommend this book to any college student looking for an understanding of their fellow students' diversity of faith," said Elizabeth Rice of the Holy Cross Bookstore.
