Music of Spanish Baroque Masters and J.S. Bach Performed at Holy Cross

WORCESTER, Mass. – Robert Parkins, an organist, will perform the music of Spanish Baroque masters and J.S. Bach on Tuesday, Sept. 28 at 8 p.m. in the St. Joseph Memorial Chapel.

Parkins, a professor in the music department and university organist at Duke University, received his Ph.D. from Yale University.  A Fulbright grant recipient, he studied with Anton Heiller in Vienna, Austria and has recorded extensively.

The concert, the first of the season, is free and open to the public.
