Holy Cross Names Lindsay Jackson Head Field Hockey Coach

Lindsay-Jackson

Lindsay Jackson has been named the new head coach of the field hockey program at the College of the Holy Cross, director of athletics Nathan Pine announced. Jackson, who is the fifth head coach in program history, comes to Holy Cross from Limestone College where she served as the head coach since 2008.

“I am pleased to welcome Lindsay Jackson to the Holy Cross family,” said Pine. “She has a great background of collegiate coaching success having built a program at Limestone from a start-up to into a perennial powerhouse. Lindsay also has extensive experience working with USA field hockey and I anticipate many good things to come for Holy Cross field hockey under her leadership.”

Jackson was responsible for building a very successful Limestone field hockey program in a short period of time. After a winless inaugural season, Jackson’s Limestone squad improved its win-loss record every year since. She guided Limestone to its first winning season in 2011 with an 11-6 overall record and increased the team’s win total to 13-5 in 2012.
