As the New England sun shone down over Mount St. James during the summer months, maintenance and construction crews worked to prepare campus for students’ return in the fall.
With more than 45 projects reaching all corners of campus, crews worked throughout the summer to ready the residence halls, academic buildings, offices, and recreational facilities.
These projects ranged from fresh coats of paint and wardrobe replacements in residence halls, to the installment of Dinand’s new east exterior staircase, to the complete renovation of the Hogan Ballroom and Dunn Lounge.
Additionally, progress continues to be made on the Hart Center at the Luth Athletic Complex at the top of the Hill, and the Thomas P. Joyce ’59 Contemplative Center in West Boylston, Mass is nearing completion.
