Anyone who’s stepped foot on Mount St. James knows one thing for sure: the campus is absolutely stunning, no matter the season. Conde Nast Traveler agrees, as it named Holy Cross one of the most beautiful college campuses in the country.

They said: “Holy Cross looks like it employs a landscaper round the clock to maintain its gorgeous grounds — be it the tiered lawn in front of ivy-covered Fenwick Hall, a 19th-century Revival-style building that houses admissions and is on the National Register of Historic Places, or the tulip-fronted entrance gate in spring. Remember that this is a New England college, though, so it’s at its finest in the fall, when you feel like you should pay a fee just to walk the grounds as the leaves change.”

Here, the places Conde Nast mentioned:

While we agree that these are some of the most gorgeous spots on campus, we can think of a few more worth pointing out.

It’s hard to picture Holy Cross without the iconic Fenwick spires, beautiful against a night sky.
