WHY SHE CHOSE THE TURKS AND CAICOS ISLANDS "I want the opportunity to (literally) dive into field studies research as a biologist in this gorgeous location. With this unique program provided by the School for Field Studies, I have the chance to explore the beauty and science that compose the nature, ocean and communities that this special island has to offer."

WHAT SHE’S MOST LOOKING FORWARD TO "I can’t wait to learn how to scuba dive! Not only will I be learning such an amazing and exciting skill, but also it will be under the purpose of scientific investigation in a stunning place. I also am very excited to live exactly where I will be conducting research."

WHY SHE’S BLOGGING "First, not a lot of science majors think they can study abroad and be on the pre-med track, and I’m here to prove them wrong. Second, I want to keep my friends and family updated on all of the beautiful adventures that I come across."
