Please share a turning point or significant memory from your time at Holy Cross.

Being an orientation leader the summer between my freshman and sophomore years. This experience allowed me to welcome new students and their families to Holy Cross, gave me the opportunity to meet some of my best friends, gain a plethora of incredible skills, and truly showed me the love that people have for the Holy Cross community.

Name two or three items/lessons from Holy Cross that you’ll take with you after leaving Mount St. James.

Through my time at Holy Cross, I have learned the importance of compassion and being a person truly for and with others, especially through my time with the Spring Break Immersion Program and as an orientation leader. I've also learned to be much more open to change than I used to be. College can throw so many curve balls and challenges your way, but it is important to grow through these challenges, rather than view them as setbacks.

What’s next?

Starting in August, I will be moving to Nashville, Tenn. to work at the Martha O'Bryan Center as the K-8 Youth Education Specialist through the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.
